Dr. Mari Delmar Martínez Rodríguez, a proud native of Quebradillas, Puerto Rico, has dedicated her life to the art and science of healing. From an early age, she dreamed of becoming a physician, driven by a profound passion for helping others. Her academic journey began at the University of Puerto Rico, where she earned a bachelor's degree in biology with a concentration in Microbiology.

Pursuing her aspirations further, she relocated to the Dominican Republic to attend La Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santiago de los Caballeros, where she earned her Medical Doctorate and Minor Surgery degree, graduating in 2005. During her residency, she gained comprehensive experience rotating through surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and internal medicine.

After completing her medical training, Dr. Martínez Rodríguez moved to Orlando, Florida, where she has been an integral part of multispecialty practices, delivering exceptional care to her community. Since 2006, she has also shared her expertise and passion for education by serving as a professor for allied health programs.

Currently, Dr. Martínez Rodríguez practices as a Primary Care Physician in Central Florida. She serves on the board of AUM International Foundation, Inc. as Medical Director, offering primary care services with specialization in the care of adults living with HIV, STI consultation and treatment, and sexual health — including pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP). She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, inclusive healthcare and education, particularly to underserved populations, including individuals living with HIV/AIDS and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
