We provide free medical checkups and STD screenings in the Central Florida area in addition to providing educational programs to mitigate the spread of STDs.
Mission
To make integrative health available to everyone, educate and promote healthy well-being, and to provide preventive wellness and self-care management, resulting in a healthy, peaceful and happy life.
Programs
• Free Medical Checkup Clinics in collaboration with community physicians.
• Improve care management and care coordination using health information technology thereby lowering health care cost, improving quality and patient experience.
• AUM aims to provide treatment / linkage to treatment for persons with STDs, as well as to prevent and mitigate the spread of STDs by infected persons. AUM will achieve these goals by working with community physician and patients for
- Screening at-risk persons for STDs.
- Providing treatment, or linkage to treatment, for persons who test positive for STD(s).
- Preventing the spread of disease to partners of infected persons by providing access to Hepatitis C treatment, expedited partner therapy, Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (“PrEP”), and Post-exposure Prophylaxis (“PEP”)
- Prevention education: Counseling persons with STDs, persons at risk for STDs, their partners, and the communities we serve.
